Canalla Bistro is a mix of New York, Osaka, Mexico… Its aim is to offer international gourmet food at a reasonable price.

As they say on their official Twitter account, this is chef Ricard Camarena’s “most eclectic project”. It’s been awarded a Repsol Sun.

A daring menu

Pure Rock & Roll, that’s how Ricard Camarena describes this project. Canalla is a Spanish word which can convey many unpleasant meanings (such as riffraff or despicable) but in this case, it’s used for daring menus, offered by one of Spain’s most admired chefs.
