A multi-functional space

The Valencian Agora hosts some of the city’s most important (and international) events.

Part of Valencia’s City of Arts and Sciences, it’s the home of events such as the Campus Party, the Freestyle Burn Spanish Cup and the famous Valencia Open 500 Tennis Tournament.

The building is a metallic structure with a ground plan resembling a pointed ellipsis of about 88 meters long and 66 meters wide.

A multi-functional space featuring conventions, concerts, and all kinds of performances, it’s also used as an exhibition area featuring art from all parts of the world.

The Bridge

The Assut de l’Or Bridge (Pont de l’Assut de l’Or in Valencian, which means The dam of gold) is a suspension bridge designed by local architect Santiago Calatrava.

It can be considered part of his City of Arts and Sciences project.
