Fall in love with Valencian gastronomy is the name of this year’s edition of Valencia’s Hotel Business Federation’s campaign for Valentine’s Day.
Several of the city’s restaurants have prepared a range of menus (a total of 48 for this edition), specially designed for the occasion, as well as other complementary activities for this romantic event such as live music performances, dance contests, or hotel stays for couples.
Scheduled from February 7 to 17, you’ll be able to enjoy treats such as a coconut slush called “I love you at 10 o’clock in the morning” (Ameyal), the “Strawberries passion with Chantilly rose petals” (Alejandro del Toro restaurant), an “Apple and foie cocktail of passion and temptation” (The Garden of Santa Maria) or the “Passion Sour” (Camí Vell).
Not only the city of Valencia takes part but also others in the province such as Alboraya, Pobla de Farnals, Cullera, Meliana, El Puig, Náquera, Catarroja, Beniparrell, Alzira, Puzol, or Sueca.
Check out the catalog at the federation’s website. Average price is € 25-30 and some of the restaurants have been awarded by the Michelin and Repsol Guides, such as Casa Manolo, La Salita, Apicius, Kaymus, etc.
